How do I apply for accommodation?
Click the Book Now button next to the room that best suits your needs, budget and
dates and complete the booking request form.
If your ideal dates or room type are showing as unavailable, don’t hesitate to submit
a custom booking request as there is always a possibility of a last minute
cancellation so you still may able to secure your first choice room!
Enter your payment details in order to submit a booking request. There is no
commitment to take the room at this stage and your card will not be charged.
Please allow 2 working days for the accommodation provider to confirm your
booking.
Where can I check my booking details?
You can check your booking details — such as your booking ID, official move-in and
move-out dates, cancellation policy, and other rental conditions — on the booking
confirmation email we sent you or on your Personal Dashboard.
To access your Personal Dashboard, log in to your Dhen account, click on your
name on the top right-hand side of your screen, and click on “Booking requests”.
This is where you can find everything about your booking.

What is the cancellation process to my booking?
Sometimes a booking might be cancelled unexpectedly. It may be related to your
landlord or to the place you booked. Whatever the reason, you will be notified of the
cancellation immediately.
If either your landlord or Dhen cancels your booking after you had already paid, you
will be fully refunded, the Dhen service fee, and any deposit you may have paid.
Depending on your payment method and bank account, the amount you paid should
reach your bank account within 10 business days.
You might be contacted by a Dhen agent to help you find a new place. We will
suggest similar places to the one you booked and make sure they match your
original preferences.
In case no other similar place is available for the dates you selected, try editing your
preferences. The less limited they are, the more likely you are to find a great place
